1988 BMW K100LT:  Our first BMW.   We purchased her back in 1995, with only 1,132 miles on the clock.  She was great to us, and we shared many wonderful memories together across the US and Canada.  We planned to keep her for our return from our Around the World journey.   Unfortunately, my R100PD has not been as reliable, and will need to be replaced.  The money from this sale will go towards purchasing another F650, and gearing it out for the balance of our RTW journey.  The more you offer, the longer we can stay on the road.

While we've been away, our friend Peter Lynch has been riding, caring, and maintaining the LT for our return.  The odometer now reads just over 38,000 miles.  Among the normal TLC and maintenance, last spring she received a face-lift in the form of a new paint job:  Deep Cabernet ('98 Lexus color ~ purple).  Bike has never been in an accident.  With original Corbin camel seat and highlights, she's truly an original, and a machine you would be proud to own.
